Choose Prague 9 (Dandova 2619/13) or Prague 2 (Sokolská 1883/8) and the term for which you want to rent the registered office.

You fill in the form and pay

A simple form: name, e-mail and, for sole traders, date of birth. You pay by card (Apple Pay and Google Pay), bank transfer or cash.

You receive the consent by e-mail

Are you a sole trader? We send the consent within 3 minutes of payment, otherwise the office is free for a year. Companies receive a link to the AML form within 3 minutes and the consent within a few minutes of completing it. You can pick up the paper version of the consent from the Úschovna (document depository) at any Czech POINT. With the consent you then register the office: as a sole trader at the trade licensing office or online via JRF.
