The data controller is PNK-Renting s.r.o., company ID 08699895, with its registered office at Dandova 2619/13, 193 00 Prague 9, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague. We operate under the Offirent brand and run the offirent.cz website.
In anything concerning personal data you can contact us at info@offirent.cz or on +420 770 618 007. We have not appointed a data protection officer, because the law does not require us to.
When you write to us through the form, by e-mail or when you call, we process your name, e-mail, telephone number and the content of your message. We need them so that we can reply to you and prepare an offer.
When you order a virtual registered office, permanent residence or the incorporation of a company, we process your name and surname, home address, date of birth, company ID and VAT number, e-mail, telephone number and billing details. For services where we issue consent to place a registered office or arrange the entry in the register, we also need data from your identity document. Without this data the service cannot be provided.
If we take delivery of correspondence for you, we keep records of the items delivered, that is the sender, the date and the type of item, and depending on what we agree we scan the item or forward it to you. We do not read the contents of items beyond what is necessary to hand them over.
The invoices and documents we issue contain your identification and billing details. We are required to keep these records by the Accounting Act and the Value Added Tax Act.
When you visit the website, technical data sent by your browser is processed, that is the IP address, the type of browser and the page you came from. It serves to secure and operate the website and for anonymous traffic statistics.
Once these periods expire we delete or anonymise the data.

Only our staff who need the data for their work have access to it, and they are bound by confidentiality. The website runs over a secure HTTPS connection, the systems are protected by passwords and we back the data up.
